Doughy Lane is a small-batch micro bakery specializing in sourdough breads, sweet rolls, and seasonal desserts made with a mix of traditional and thoughtfully chosen ingredients. We love working with naturally fermented sourdough and a variety of flours, including einkorn, spelt, and classic bread flours, depending on the bake. Our recipes also incorporate ingredients like date sugar, coconut sugar, brown sugar, and maple syrup, with white sugar used intentionally, often in glazes and finishing touches. From nostalgic flavors to unexpected seasonal creations, Doughy Lane is about making baked goods that feel familiar, but never boring. We offer limited drops, local pop-ups, and seasonal bakes made in small batches.
